The first 2 store people Sharp sent through ASWEFA had 44 years service between them and they were extremely nervous and skeptical about being asked to attend a training course on forklift driving. Henry's approach relaxed both candidates quickly and converted them both to the benefits of having a recognised forklift licence in today's environment. Sharp has since used ASWEFA on a number of occasions and would highly recommend them.
