The Registered Forklift Instructor will be responsible for providing top-notch forklift training, adhering to the Approved Code of Practice for Training Operators and Instructors of Powered Industrial Lift Trucks. Reporting to the Directors, the instructor will play a crucial role in promoting a safe work environment through effective training. Training will be given to the right person but you must have experienced operating forklifts. Responsibilites will include: * Demonstrate excellence in teaching, the ability to inspire, motivate and empower students to succeed * Provide instructional training in policy, procedures, and all regulatory compliance as it relates to forklifts and operators, including compliance with any local regulations and laws * Assume duties of a Sales Representative, as well as Cold Calls on potential customers if no scheduled training * Attend evening staff meeting followed by dinner once every 4-6 weeks This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background/experience/qualities: * Full New Zealand Class 1 or 2 Drivers License with a clean record is a must * Strong knowledge of forklift driving, forklift training certification is a bonus. * Strong work ethic * Confident speaking to small crowds * Reliable and available for courses * "People person" with an easy-going personality * Criminal record check will be required due to working with Youth If you think you are the person we are looking for send you CV in to us so we can contact us to discuss this further.

F Endorsement and Worksite Forklift licence is a MUST, as well as knowledge of SAP and a clean drivers licence. PPE will be provided and wages are paid weekly. This is based in Hamilton and you must be flexible to work a rotational roster on a 4x4 (dayshift) roster from 6am to 6pm. This includes occassional weekend shifts.
